Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our business innovation strategy, driving transformational change for our bankers and customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement assessments and recommendations that are grounded in evidence and aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Analyze innovation trends, encompassing market dynamics, commercial opportunities, industry patterns, and partnership themes.
  • Shape initiatives within defined strategies, policies, and frameworks to deliver outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the business.
  • Support property projects to enhance working standards for our bankers.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Prolonged banking experience with expertise in innovation, third-party arrangements, contract negotiations, and commercial/financial analysis.
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff, building capability while driving collaboration and teamwork.
  • Detailed understanding of the commercial banking landscape, including business banking requirements, and industry trends.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to shape direction, provide thought leadership, and influence outcomes at a senior level.
