As Senior Finance Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and managing the financial operations of our client's new North Adelaide site, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic support across the business. You will oversee end-to-end finance functions, lead financial planning and reporting, and drive continuous improvements in financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Operations and Compliance
  2. Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis
  3. Systems Management and Improvement
  4. Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience with financial software and inventory systems, such as Supply'd, XERO, and Square
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Excel, with expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and high-level reporting
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and software implementation related to finance functions
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • A team-oriented approach aligned with core values of inclusivity and excellence
  • Practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to support the wider team beyond finance functions
  • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and structured financial management practices
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry is preferred
