Global Operations Transformation Strategist

Job Description

The primary goal of our organization is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming the core, enabling patient, people, and partner outcomes, and building future-ready operations.

This involves fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

As part of this mission-critical, multi-year transformation, we are seeking a talented Master Scheduler to join our team for the Global ERP Transformation Program. The Master Scheduler will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and overseeing an integrated program-wide schedule.

Key responsibilities include translating complex schedules into highly engaging visual charts and dashboards, identifying opportunities to optimize the schedule, driving program-level meetings with senior leadership, and tracking resource utilization and work allocation derived from the master schedule.

Required skills and qualifications include expertise in scheduling methodologies such as Critical Path Method and Earned Value Management, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency in integrating scheduling tools with JIRA and other program management platforms.
