The role of Allocations Roster Coordinator plays a vital part in this mission by ensuring our support workers are matched with client needs throughout Gippsland and the South Eastern area. The rostering team's primary goal is to guarantee every client receives the necessary skills and care, on time, every time.

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will possess excellent planning skills, think ahead, and be able to problem-solve effectively. A warm and engaging phone style is essential for forming strong relationships with both our workers and clients. You must also be a 100% team player, possessing good negotiation skills, a great sense of humour, and empathy.

A background in rostering is desirable but not required. What we truly value is your ability to demonstrate:
