Digital Performance Strategist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust digital performance strategies for CRO, including inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Design and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and drive high-quality website traffic.
  • Analyse data to assess campaign performance and optimise user experience on client websites.
  • Develop CRM tactics and manage e-campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
  • Track and enhance campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and team members.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and growth.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, specifically CRO, SEO, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of customer journey optimisation and user experience design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Recognised certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
  • A proven track record of managing successful e-campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Python and scripting database queries is an advantage.
