About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key player in our performance marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing ad campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital performance campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and content development.
  • Manage ad serving through platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks, optimizing performance based on key metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to create insightful campaign reviews and reporting dashboards.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in the advertising industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Knowledge: Relevant degree (Business, Marketing or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with ad-serving, measurement, and programmatic buying.
  • Attributes: Strong time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and a knack for working with numbers.
