Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role involves creating and promoting our corporate identity and mission through various documents and social media platforms.

You will be responsible for setting and executing digital marketing strategies, analysing customer behaviour across digital channels, managing our website, scheduling and community management on social media, preparing and analysing reports.

  • Digital Marketing: Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Website Management: Ensuring the best practice in website management, continuously improving and optimising sites.
  • Social Media: Scheduling and community management, creating and posting content, responding to our online community.
  • Reporting: Preparing and analysing social media reports, quarterly reporting on digital marketing performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Creativity: A passion for storytelling, creative flair, ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, ability to work within deadlines, using multiple channels to drive growth.
  • Digital Trends: Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, latest platforms, innovation champion.
  • Experience: 4 years' + experience in Communications/Digital Marketing roles, proven experience managing Social and Customer Communications.
  • Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis, exposure to CRM, core platforms including SalesForce/Pardot and Google Analytics.
  • Project Management: Project management experience, owning projects from start to finish.
