Job Summary

The Senior Data Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring their long-term success. This position also involves closely monitoring client data submissions, identifying potential data quality issues, and communicating with clients to effectively resolve these issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create accurate data mappings according to defined specifications.
  • Communicate critical data needs and essential deadlines to leadership.
  • Conduct research and identify data quality issues, working closely with the client team to resolve them.
  • Field ongoing requests and questions regarding data specifications.
  • Review files for compliance with data needs, including testing and configuring business rules in mapping tools.
  • Configure mapping tools to support translation from source data to desired format, providing clear documentation to internal resources and customers.
  • Act as an expert for data requirements and specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing changes and evolution of data specs.
  • Lead trainings for co-workers on data specifications and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including experience with ETL, analytic-based reporting, Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

Experience

  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
  • Previous client-facing experience.
