About Data Systems

As a data expert, you will play a critical role in designing and building scalable data systems that support business needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create efficient data models that cater to diverse analytical and processing requirements
  • Design systems that scale and adapt to schema drift, late-arriving data, or inconsistent input format
  • Establish standards and automated processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout its lifecycle
  • Implement multi-layered security measures including encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect sensitive data
  • Apply infrastructure as code principles and tools like Terraform to manage cloud resources programmatically
  • Design storage and compute strategies that balance cost, performance, and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on data modelling, aggregation, and business intelligence
  • Expert-level SQL skills for complex data manipulation, querying, and aggregation
