Regional Leadership Executive

The Regional General Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Community Correctional Services across locations within a region.
- Manages daily operations in the region, including supervising Managers in court, parole, post-sentence, and community work streams.
- Guides strategic planning to drive service delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sustainable solutions that address regional issues and support overall CCS goals.
- Providing strategic advice to inform decision-making and drive results.
For this role, we seek an individual with:
- Thorough knowledge of the criminal justice system and offender management best practices.
- Expertise in risk management and therapeutic work with high-risk individuals.
- Experience in leading cross-functional operations and determining resource allocation.
