As a visionary leader, you will contribute to the delivery of our strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.
In this role, you will:
- Apply our values and fundamentals in decision-making
- Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
- Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
- Oversee risk management, governance, and performance monitoring
- Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

What We Are Looking For- Previous experience as a Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
- Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
- A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
- Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
- Lived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectors
