The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining operational process documents, ensuring compliance with legislative, financial and administrative frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing, reviewing and continuously improving ROD's operational process documents;">
  • Contributing to the development and review of Commission-wide policies and resources;">
  • Maintaining various ROD registers, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with recordkeeping and governance standards;">
  • Developing subject matter expertise and interpreting relevant legislation, providing analysis, insights and guidance on their implications for ROD operations;">
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, promote teamwork and advance ROD initiatives;">
  • Identifying opportunities for innovative ways of working, evaluating and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency, clarity and quality of work;">
  • Contribute to change planning, guide process implementation and assist colleagues to adapt to evolving priorities and ways of working or change management activities.">

What you'll need to succeed

  • A proactive approach to continuously evaluating practices and procedures within ROD;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legislation and develop recommendations;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and build effective relationships;">
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes;">
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment, with knowledge of aged care services and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission's functions and responsibilities.">

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $96,503 - $108,869 per annum, depending on skills and experience;">
  • 15.4% superannuation paid;">
  • Ongoing/Non-Ongoing roles offered, with Non-Ongoing roles available for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of one extension up to an additional 12 months.">
