Physiotherapist - Clinical Specialist

Your Opportunity:
As a skilled Physiotherapist, you will be working across Residential Aged Care and Community, joining a large multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments. You will be involved in delivering innovative allied health services to our clients.
Duties include:
- In the community, consumers are referred through government-funded models such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme, as well as private funding. Our approach is focused on achieving billable KPIs, offering flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Plena and aged care facilities.
- You will provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumers' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care, and skin integrity management.
- You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and work within the scope of your profession.
