About Our Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide ongoing review and maintenance of Outpatient Services Wait Lists to ensure effective clinical service delivery and accurate data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an understanding of policies and procedures, particularly the Implementation Standard, to audit the Specialist Outpatient Waitlist.
  • Utilize computerized information systems, including ESM, Personified Car Audit Tools, MessageMedia, CCi portal, and Excel, to maintain high-level patient data integrity within the Outpatient environment.
  • Circulate weekly/monthly reports using CBI dashboard, SWMIS, and SRWS to align with data integrity in the Outpatient arena.
