We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Rules Consultant to join our team.
This role supports the implementation and maintenance of frameworks and controls around Business Rules updates, with a strong focus on transitioning to a new document management system and enhancing operational processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the transition of business rules to Objective Keystone, supporting teams across Insurance, Administration, and other functions.
- Provide training and support to upskill teams in maintaining business rules.
- Assist in reporting on the status of Business Rules updates and manage quarterly compliance controls.
- Ensure procedural compliance and support operational initiatives and process improvements.
- Oversee change management processes with external service providers, including testing and reporting.
- Deliver operational reporting and respond to procedural queries to ensure legislative compliance.
- Manage quarterly reviews, audits, and change cycles of Fund Business Rules and Procedures.
- Support projects and initiatives impacted by business rules and procedures.
You will bring:
- Proficiency in Objective Keystone.
- Experience in superannuation operations and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with GRC systems and incident management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and document management capabilities.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with initiative and motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (preferred).
