We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Rules Specialist to join our Member Performance team.
This role will support the implementation and maintenance of business rules frameworks, with a strong focus on operational process enhancements and transitioning to new systems.
- Lead the transition of business rules to new systems and provide training to upskill teams in maintaining business rules.
- Manage quarterly reviews, audits, and change cycles of Fund Business Rules and Procedures.
- Support projects impacted by business rules and procedures.
