Site Manager Job Description">

The Site Manager plays a key role in the success of our grain storage and distribution facility. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient receival, storage, and outload of commodities.

Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day activities, coaching and supporting team members, developing and maintaining close relationships with local growers, customers, and the community, and managing programs and initiatives related to safety and risk management.

  • Experience in plant operations, preferably in the Grain industry
  • Supervisory experience, with a focus on developing workgroups and individuals
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational demands
  • Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and basic IT literacy
