We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Site Supervisor.

About the Role

  • This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing grain receival sites, ensuring site safety and efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for supervising a team of grain handlers and making strategic decisions to optimize operations.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing grain receivals and outloadings in a safe and efficient manner.
  • You will also play a key role in developing business relationships with growers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team of grain handlers to ensure site safety and efficiency
  2. Assist in planning and resourcing grain receivals and out-loadings during peak periods
  3. Manage grain receivals and outloadings in a safe and efficient manner
  4. Develop and maintain business relationships with growers and customers
  5. Develop and maintain effective grower groups
