Job Title: Grain Site Operations Leader

Location: Junee, Australia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead grain site operations in Junee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of grain handlers, ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of grain handlers to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
  • Assist the site manager and area manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods.
  • Manage grain receivals and outload in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with growers and customers, maintaining awareness of local priorities and issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective grower groups, dealing closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising a team in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
