As the Site Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our grain storage and distribution facility.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with operational experience, leadership skills and a commitment to safety to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, coaching and supporting development of team members, developing and maintaining close relationships with local growers, customers and the community, identifying and reporting on maintenance requirements and maintaining site presentation and standards.
The successful candidate will have had experience in plant operations, ideally in the Grain industry, supervising, supporting and developing workgroups/individuals, working flexible hours, working at heights and confined spaces, holding a current unrestricted driver's license and basic IT literacy.
As the Site Manager, you will enjoy ongoing training and safety programs, paid parental leave and birthday leave, as well as being part of a Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer committed to supporting employees both on and off the job.
