Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and collate complex datasets to support technical requirements and data uplift initiatives.
- Leverage technical skills to perform sophisticated distributional and statistical insights and analytics work to support business initiatives.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into informative dashboards.
- Ensure dashboard infrastructure and assets are maintained to meet stakeholder SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve any data quality issues that emerge from upstream data processing issues.
- Direct squad SMEs working on a variety of data products.
- Tertiary qualification in computer science, data science or statistics or other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent significant practical experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis, with strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience leading delivery and/or technical direct reports (or resources).
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Broad knowledge of cloud data systems and products and experience in delivery of data projects (exposure to Power BI, Redshift, Databricks, AWS & Azure Dev Ops a big plus).
- Great written and verbal communication skills with proven success in communicating complex analysis across all levels within a business.
