Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned AI engineer to lead the development of our platform. As a Staff Full Stack AI Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the technical direction and influence architectural decisions.

You'll drive adoption of AI across the product suite, mentor engineers, and tackle complex problems. With autonomy, you'll design solutions that scale across millions of users.

Working across the stack, from elegant front-end experiences to distributed back-end systems, you'll embed AI capabilities that make our support more intelligent, proactive, and personalized.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or similar leadership position.
  • Full-stack expertise with significant experience in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and strong back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
  • Production-level experience building and deploying applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Proficiency with frameworks like LangChain, familiarity with technologies such as LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Deep expertise in designing and architecting complex, distributed systems.
  • Understanding of unique challenges integrating LLMs into production environments.
