Lead AI Innovator and Technical Researcher

We are seeking an expert in cutting-edge AI-enhanced feature development, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and agentic-based generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will drive research across various platforms, creating best-practice examples to optimize AI functionalities.

Cross-functional team collaboration is essential for developing and refining AI-driven tools and solutions.

Prompt drafting, reviewing, and refinement for AI systems and tools are crucial, ensuring high-quality content and output.

Evaluating and grading search queries and generated content for relevance, accuracy, and comprehensiveness are critical responsibilities.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in research-intensive or content development settings, AI-related service or product development, or professional services with a focus on analysis and content creation is required.

Familiarity with Japanese language and culture is essential. English proficiency is preferred but not required.

Exceptional research skills, including expertise in Boolean and other online search languages, are necessary.

Experience in creating and refining LLM prompts and data indexes is valuable.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively, are essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of technical or professional terminology, are required.

Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills are necessary for success.
