Job Title: HSE Specialist - Regional Services

Join a leading Australian Facilities Management company as an HSE Specialist to make a real difference in regional facilities management services. You will be responsible for providing proactive advice on key HSE processes, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain HSE risk management processes and registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Update HSE communication channels, including reports, alerts, Toolbox Talks, and online portals, to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to identify causes and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (Essential)
  • Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs
  • Proficiency in HSE data management and reporting
  • Experience reviewing hazard and incident reports and investigations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Standards related to HSE
  • Full Australian work rights and a valid drivers' license
