This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices within the energy and natural resources sector.
Based in Sydney with sites across NSW, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
Client Details Our client is a well-established EPC Contractor operating in the energy industry.
As a well established contractor, they deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients, maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and industry standards.
Description Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with industry regulations.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide guidance and training to staff on HSE protocols and best practices.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company standards.
Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to key stakeholders.
Profile A Successful HSE Advisor Should Have Relevant qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management.
Strong experience in the energy and natural resources industry.
Solid understanding of Australian HSE legislation and standards.
Proven ability to manage and resolve safety-related issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
