Regional HSE Advisor

Our organization is seeking a skilled HSE professional to collaborate with regional teams on improving and maintaining effective facilities management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive advice on key HSE processes, including hazard management, incident and injury management, HSE auditing, legislative compliance, training, consultation, reporting, and health programs.Key responsibilities of the role include reviewing and auditing HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for developing communication plans to support project implementation, maintaining HSE risk management processes and registers, updating HSE communication channels like reports, alerts, Toolbox Talks, and online portals, conducting hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques, and assisting in resolving HSE issues and promoting consultation at all levels.The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs. They will also have proficiency in HSE data management and reporting, experience reviewing hazard and incident reports and investigations, up-to-date knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Standards related to HSE, and full Australian work rights and a valid drivers' license.
