We are currently looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our high-performing Service team in Orange/Bathurst, NSW.

This role involves providing maintenance and servicing of KONE’s elevator, auto walks, and escalators across various buildings, from low-rise housing to the world's tallest skyscrapers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Attending to maintenance activities and repairs
  • Responding to breakdowns on elevators and escalators
  • Carrying out all tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, including health, quality, and safety standards
  • Actively maintaining customer relationships within the local region
  • Flexibility to start/finish at varied times and work after-hours as required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified registered electrical license
  • A valid full Australian driver’s license
  • Experience in managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholders’ expectations
  • The ability to manage workload and competing priorities effectively
  • A commitment to working safely, with a strong focus on quality
  • A customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
