As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist

This role reports directly to the Service Manager and involves providing mechanical work services for turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region using company-supplied vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage service priorities and schedules
  • Maintain a safe and well-maintained fleet vehicle
  • Coordinate and perform various mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment
  • Establish and maintain relevant service-related information
  • Provide product training to clients as required
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to ensure continued business growth
  • Undertake regular internal product-based training to ensure OEM standards of Service can be achieved

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
