Infrastructure Delivery Specialist

Imagine leading the delivery of infrastructure projects in a picturesque region. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and ensure smooth, safe execution across infrastructure programs.
- Oversee project planning, timelines, and budgets to ensure delivery.
- Prepare contracts and tenders, assess submissions, and lead pre-start meetings.
- Monitor site works, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure construction meets project specs, safety standards, and deadlines.
- Work closely with internal teams, service providers, and the public to keep everyone informed, address concerns, and maintain relationships.
- Track project progress, budgets, and risks through clear reporting.
- Lead consultants and contractors while supporting the broader Works team.
