Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify Package Contents: Scan package contents upon pick-up and delivery to confirm order accuracy.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure packages are securely packed, and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Report Issues: Notify management of any delivery issues, damaged goods, or incorrect addresses.
Requirements:
