To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication skills
  • A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to report concerns to Care Designers
  • Reliable transportation is essential
