Job Description

Making Lives Better is at the heart of what we do. We strive to deliver flexible in-home nursing care options that meet the unique needs of each client.

  • We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Community nursing would be an advantage.
  • Subacute and disability experience.
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours.
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Car & Valid Drivers License.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Approval.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
