Home Care Support Worker

We have a unique opportunity for a Home Care Support Worker to join our team. This role will involve providing care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality care services to people with disabilities. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be required to:

  • Assist participants with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage participants to develop skills and achieve goals, enhancing their independence and quality of life.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage participant documentation and records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other support workers and management to ensure consistent and high-quality services.

This is a casual position, requiring flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You must be able to commute or relocate to Wagga Wagga, NSW, and hold a valid driver's license.
