Job Description

As a contract administration specialist, you will lead the project Contract Managers team and oversee the contracting process from award to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the contract administration process, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and managing contractor performance.
  • Develop and implement procurement plans, issue RFQs, and evaluate bids to secure the best contractors.
  • Monitor construction schedules, certify payments, analyze scope changes, and resolve claims in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant equivalent experience.
  • Over 15 years of contract management experience, including supervision, project management, and/or technical expertise.
  • Advanced English language skills, bilingual (spoken and written) mandatory.
Remuneration:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000, in Australian dollars.
