Senior Contract Administrator

An established and highly regarded fit-out specialist is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. With a strong portfolio of hospitality and commercial projects, this business delivers high-quality outcomes from concept through to completion.
This role will suit a detail-driven professional with proven experience in commercial and hospitality fit-outs, and a strong background in bids, tendering, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documentation.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparation of bids, RFP responses, and cost submissions.
- Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timeframes.
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Manage variations, progress claims, and contract close-outs.
- Support project delivery by maintaining strong commercial and contractual controls.
- Minimum 4–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial or hospitality fit-out sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and construction compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with bids and tendering processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency with construction contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.
