As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and providing business coaching.
- Coaching and mentoring existing franchise partners to help them grow their businesses.
- Providing feedback to the HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.
- Liaising with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners.
- Regularly reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and setting goals for franchise partners to reach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating growth and development of franchise partners through strategic coaching and guidance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identifying areas of improvement in business operations and developing strategies to address these issues.
- Supporting franchise partners in achieving their business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in franchise and business coaching.
- A car and driver's license to travel to multiple sites across Sydney.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
