Clinical Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team of Cardiac Physiologists and Sonographers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and an outstanding service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the AU Clinical team, ensuring quality standards and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team leads and clinicians to achieve KPIs and professional growth.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize clinical workflows and data management processes.
  • Coordinate scheduling of onsite sonographers in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain strong communication channels between clinical teams and senior leadership.
  • Drive engagement, performance, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Lead or People Management role.
  • Background in a clinical or healthcare field (Cardiac experience desirable).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
