About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and support to our customers on the maintenance, installation, and servicing of our medical equipment.

Your primary focus will be on delivering best-in-class service, including technical support, corrective and preventative maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and installation of equipment and software upgrades.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of our medical equipment.
  • Conduct on-site maintenance and repairs of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the sales process, providing expert technical support and advice to customers.
  • Manage and support technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder updates.
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair or solution to minimize customer downtime.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering, preferably in the medical equipment or biomedical industry.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • A full AU driver's license and a Police Check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
