About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Training Advisor to join our team as a Training and Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified trainer and assessor to work with us and make a positive impact on people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality training programs to students, ensuring they receive tailored support to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers.
  • Assessing the skills and abilities of students to provide targeted coaching and mentoring services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and meeting identified milestones.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Individual Support.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the individual support sector.
  • Current driver's license.
  • A recent National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
