Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to provide assistance with daily activities, community access, personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation for individuals with Dementia and Disability associated with Challenging Behaviours.

Our ideal candidates will have experience in delivering high-quality care and support services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assistance with Daily Activities: assisting with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and mobility
  • Community Access and Social Support: accompanying clients on outings, engaging in social activities, and promoting community integration
  • Personal Care: providing support with toileting, showering, dressing, and undressing
  • Domestic Assistance: helping with household chores, cleaning, and laundry
  • Meal Preparation: preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages
Requirements
  • Current Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car (for transporting clients)
  • Current NDIS Worker screening card or Blue and Yellow card (for working with vulnerable populations)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desired but not essential)
  • Two current/recent work-related references (to demonstrate previous experience and skills)
Work Schedule
  • Afternoon shifts available
  • Daytime shifts available
  • Evening shifts available
  • Monday to Friday availability required
  • Morning shifts available
  • On-call shifts available (subject to client needs)
  • Overtime may be required (dependent on client needs)
  • Public holidays and weekend availability considered
