">Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Mental Health Implementation Specialist to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in the successful rollout of our MOST platform across various mental health services in VIC. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with service leaders and staff, providing expert training, support, and guidance to ensure seamless integration of the platform.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with service leaders and staff to promote effective collaboration and adoption of the MOST platform.">
- Embedded Support: Provide regular, scheduled support to partner services, responding to questions and challenges that may arise during implementation.">
- Training and Education: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to participating staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and confidence to utilize the MOST platform efficiently.">
- Implementation Improvements: Gather feedback from stakeholders and collaborate with the team to refine training materials and strategies, driving continuous improvement in the platform's rollout.">
- General Support: Perform additional tasks as directed by the Clinical Implementation Lead to ensure successful implementation of the MOST platform.">
What We're Looking For
">We seek a highly motivated, experienced professional who shares our passion for improving youth mental health outcomes. To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with an accredited registering body.">
- Experience in youth mental health services, with knowledge of relevant systems and the not-for-profit sector.">
- Strong training and public communication skills, with the ability to influence within clinical contexts.">
- Understanding of Australian mental health service models, particularly in Victoria.">
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.">
