Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Oyster People. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of commercial properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small portfolio of commercial properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Provide exceptional client service and support
  • Compile monthly financial and written reports
  • Manage tenant arrears and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a similar commercial property management role
  • Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A real passion for commercial property management
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
  • A current Queensland driver's license
