Job Title: Digital Advertising Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a talented project manager with a passion for entertainment and brands to join our busy Paramount Brand Studio team. As the Digital Advertising Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for the management and execution of digital sponsorships across Network 10's ecosystem, including 10 Play (BVOD, Live & FAST), social media, competitions, eDM, and commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaigns from start to finish, including contributing to the strategy and brief response, content planning, design briefs, stakeholder approvals, client meetings, ongoing tracking, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Paramount's social, digital, sales, adops, production, and technology teams, as well as production companies and third-party vendors to flawlessly execute sponsorship campaigns.
  • Manage multiple assets, deadlines, stakeholders, and approvals across an evolving schedule of activity.
  • Maintain first-class client communications and liaise with partners on regular WIPs.
  • Build and publish sponsored content using Wordpress and other programs.
  • Constantly track, optimise, and report on activity where required, including comprehensive post-campaign reports.
  • Contribute to brief responses and other market collateral.
  • Help drive innovation via participation in brainstorms, research, and case studies to ideate new sponsorship opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in media publisher or agency.
  • Proven skills in project management, including planning and organisation, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.
  • A proactive all-rounder with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine collaborative approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to analyse statistics to extract meaningful insights using benchmark comparisons.
