Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving business growth? Do you have experience in acquiring and expanding enterprise client accounts? We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team.
">About the RoleThe Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for identifying and capturing new client engagement opportunities while enhancing and expanding existing client relationships. You will build sustained partnerships that enable clients to respond effectively to emerging digital needs.
You will achieve this by owning and managing the growth and healthy operation of client accounts, achieving growth targets from a blend of new and existing client accounts, creating and maintaining robust client account growth plans, and partnering with colleagues to leverage marketing activities and improve client growth.
You will track client account activity and impact through Salesforce and apply an advisory selling approach by identifying and framing clients' emerging digital growth opportunities. You will work with technical consultants to identify and respond to emerging digital opportunities within clients and create forums and materials to guide clients to understand a new opportunity and make a purchase decision.
">What You'll Need- A minimum 10-years of strategic sales experience driving acquisition and expansion of enterprise client accounts and achievement of their business goals
- 5+ years experience working in a business consulting environment, preferably with a global or Australian consulting organisation
- A good understanding of mobile, web & cloud, data & analytics, digital advisory, and strategy
- A focus on driving business impact, which requires attention to follow-through execution
- Experience in qualifying opportunities, managing the new leads sale cycle, and closing out new opportunities
- A proven track record of successfully winning net new opportunities and renewal business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including previous experience navigating situations with complex stakeholders
