Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Child and Family Health Nursing team in Fairfield Community Health Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Child and Family Health Nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to ensure responsiveness of care needs.
- Ensure the human, physical, and financial resources of the unit are managed to provide a safe, compassionate, and quality care that is culturally responsive.
- Tertiary qualifications in Child and Family Health nursing or relevant experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated senior nursing experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in a relevant setting.
