Job Title: Property Wealth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Property Wealth Planner to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing client engagement, activation and retention to grow business revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client workshops to educate on property investment, identify the clients' financial position and goals, and develop an investment plan individually tailored to each investor's unique circumstances and financial goals.
  • Develop in partnership with the Investment Finance Broking team a long-term investment plan with the right financial structures individually tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Develop in partnership with the Investment Property team a high growth investment property portfolio that meets the Client's requirements.
  • Build awareness of our brand and manage the client's journey.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships and look for opportunities to engage the client in future property purchase as their equity and wealth grows.
  • Liaise with your other advisors such as accountants, financial planners, and lawyers to ensure the strategy and plan consider and integrates their advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in building relationships from a wealth management perspective.
  • Proven expertise in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients that involve complex investment and financial structures.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or equivalent.
  • Confidence in presenting to small groups.
  • Substantial knowledge of the financial services industry including legislation and regulatory obligations with experience in accounting, tax, superannuation, insurance, and investments.
