Property Wealth Strategist

Job Description:

This key role plays a pivotal part in client management, driving business growth through engagement, activation, and retention. It involves building relationships with high-net-worth clients, creating tailored investment plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client workshops to educate on property investment and develop individualized plans
  • Collaborate with the Investment Finance team to create long-term investment plans
  • Partner with the Investment Property team to build a high-growth investment property portfolio
  • Develop awareness of the company brand and manage client journeys
  • Liaise with advisors such as accountants, financial planners, and lawyers to ensure integrated advice

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in wealth management and relationship building
  • Proven expertise in managing high-net-worth client relationships and complex investment structures
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or equivalent
  • Confidence in presenting to small groups
  • Substantial knowledge of the financial services industry, including legislation and regulatory obligations
