Real Estate Sales Support Specialist

The Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our successful sales department on Monday to Friday. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing exchanges and settlements processes, communicating with vendors, buyers, and solicitors, and performing general sales administration tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and task management.
- Manage exchanges and settlements processes efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, buyers, and solicitors, building strong relationships and resolving queries promptly.
- Perform various sales administration tasks, including database management, maintenance, and data entry.
- Upload properties to our website, showcasing our listings to potential buyers.
- Organize brochures and signboards, creating a visually appealing display of our properties.
- Assist in preparing for in-room auctions, adding value to our clients' experiences.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar position in real estate, outstanding communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. - Previous experience in a similar position in real estate, with a proven track record of success.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Able to work as part of a high-performing team, contributing to our agency's success.
We offer a competitive salary package up to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, a great office culture, fun events, and plenty of training opportunities. You will also enjoy a fast-paced and varied position, with opportunities for growth and development encouraged.
