About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team at Investa. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team initiatives, contributing to the overall success of developing and executing various marketing campaigns across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution and monitors campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and edit marketing content, coordinating with creatives to align with the brand's voice.
  • Support the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining marketing databases.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinate corporate photoshoots as required.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications (or nearing completion) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Open to a recent graduate or a person in their final semester of university.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar Marketing role desirable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Organised work approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and effective time management.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
