Senior Workplace Investigations Specialist

Highly sought-after professional with expertise in workplace investigations and complex case management is required to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in resolving intricate people matters while upholding CSIRO's values of fairness, confidentiality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead comprehensive workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination and other sensitive matters.
- Analyse evidence, prepare clear findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and stakeholders across the organisation to leverage subject matter expertise and drive effective resolution of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely administration, reporting and confidential communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace or regulatory investigations, preferably within government or large complex organisations.
- Strong research, analysis and interpretation skills to navigate ambiguous situations and support management through complex people matters.
- Judgement, independence and risk-based decision-making in handling complex cases.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with leaders and employees.
